Application for Enrolment at Osbornes Flat Primary School
Wanting to enrol your child at our school? Parents/guardians must complete the application for enrolment form and attach any supporting documentation. Once complete, please email this to osbornes.flat.ps@education.vic.gov.au or bring it along to your school tour. We will then notify you of your application within 48 hours.
